I would like to show you a certain song that’s been ringing in my head for quite some time now.
I’m afraid there is no proper recording of the song in question with only piano, and so I had to find an individual online who plays it quite satisfyingly…:)
Heather has been my friend of forever since my early teens, and today she’s taken another step into becoming the woman I always believed she would be. She believed in me when I didn’t, and it’s only my upmost duty to do likewise with her .
I’m afraid I don’t have a suitable photo of the two of us, so as a jest I’ll put a photo of…well…you’ll see…
I hope you don’t mind, hehe…
Happy Birthday Heather and have a great year full of wonderful surprises, love, sex, rock’n'roll and ducky shaped vibrators.
Prayer of Thierry Henry before the game France – Ireland on wednesday november 18th:
“Dear God of football, I claim the power of the balls for our game today against the green sea, even though they’re playing in white, and please give me the strength to fall over whenever someone pushes me, and please I call on Maradona to help me move like him and guide my hand where You desire it Lord.”
Suddenly, this happens:
Diary of Thierry Henry after the game France – Ireland:
Incredible, we’ve made it to the World Cup!
So today I got up early, and the whole team watched replays of the infamous Argentina – England game and I LOVED the part where Maradone used his hand and no one saw it. And then, just in between us players, we went behind someone’s backyard and started burning pictures of Raymond Domenech our coach.
Things to do:
*Apologize to the Irish and admit I did a hand, but only suggest the game should be replayed only AFTER the FIFA announces the game won’t be replayed.
*Never, ever, never, ever, and I repeat NEVER step foot into Ireland, or into an Irish district.
Anyhow, that being said, I am for the most part a good frenchman and am usually pleased when my country does well in sports. Nevertheless, in these two games I believe Ireland was definately the most deserving of the two nations, and it’s really shameful for us french to have passed into the World Cup like this (90% of the french population say they want the game to be replayed).
I hate the french coach Raymond Domenech. When you have a team full of players who play in the top teams in Europe (Henry has the record of most goals in the Premier League, he is performing well in Barcelona, Anelka is a top scorer in Chelsea, Benzema was transferred 35 million € to Real Madrid where he is scoring and playing, Gignac was the top scorer in the Ligue 1 last year with 26 goals, Gourcuff lead Bordeaux to the Ligue 1 title last year AND is leading them first in their Champions League group over Juventus and Bayern Munich, and Govou is a regular player for Lyon who is leading their Champions League group, Gallas is a regular and team captain for Arsenal, Squillaci and Escude combine for the best defensive tandem in the spanish league, Ribery was voted several years in a row best player in the Bundesliga, and the list goes on…..), and the most he can do with this team is beat Faroe Islands 1-0…and lose 3-1 to Austria. In their respective clubs, they play with inspiration and imagination, whilst in the national team, they look lost, with no motivation and following the rubbish strategy of coach Domenech.
When you have half the players in the team all expressing “lack of motivation” whilst playing for France, it means there is something wrong no?
Which leads me a simple conclusion: at the next World Cup…I am going to root for Ghana and Ivory Coast!
During the month of September I was the at the Family Discipleship Training Program/the Brotherhood Academy/the Delta Academy/Concentration Camp in Timisoara, Romania, and I will have to say that it was a very unique and nifty experience in my life.
Well here’s the first post of many, and it is talking about absolutely nothing but I don’t care because it’s still a post and you’re going to have to read it all the way through because your human instinct called curiosity will make you do it.
